alkaline battery is the most promising product as a daily used goods.jin wan group is a state level high-tech enterprise which develops its own jm200 alkaline battery line.the battery line has got 6 national patents and rated as national torch program.the product has its own intellectual property.

the battery line is composed of 13 stations and 4 auxi-stations.it can complete the whole manufacturing process for battery lr6 or lr03.

the character of the line:

1、the reasonable arrangement of the station have a good and neat appearance which can be arrange flexibly.

2、the machine is compatible. it is first created by jin wan to produce either lr6 or lr03 on the same manufacturing line.

3、the intermittent graduation structure is adopted. jin wan first uses the structure on battery equipment so that the line can run smoothly with high precision. the line also used frequency conversion for speed adjustment and integral whole of machine and electronic parts. the machine movement is simple and compact, which is easy for operation and maintenance.

4、the graduation circumference distributes the function parts evenly. more batteries can be processed at the same time. it is the first trial to adopt function parts on battery machinery in the world.

5、the advanced electronic control technology and relative pneumatic components are used for the whole equipment. each station uses plc controlling. there are more than 100 sensors in the line, which can match the speed needed for each station. processing monitor and on line inspection make it possible for points inspection; whole line inspection as well as single station inspection. the monitoring facilities ensure the quality of products during the whole process.

hydraulic protection nominal pressure 24 tons with three pairs of press roll; two pre-pressing and one main pressing. three material feeding cabins can be used for three pressing with one feeding or three pressing with three feedings. each pair of roll has pressure of 80kn making high density ring by hydraulic system.have made by germany with 36 sets of punch pins. rotational speed of main axle is 17.5 turns per minute with output of 630 pieces per minute .

distribution disc a

304 stainless steel is used above the table. three channel distribution for the ring auto transmitting. the speed of the channel and turning disc can be adjusted .

ring fixer

intermittent graduation turning with turning tower positioning ring fixer. speed is 5 turns per minute 40 pcs of 10 positions. pushing up ring fixer with frequency conversion speed adjustment. plc and coding programming controlling ; auto inspection; mistake ring fix avoided.

inspection machine

intermittent graduation turning helps to exam the ring fix position and missing ring. optional function is also available at customer requirement.

it lies between the ring machine and roll in the line and apply the glue machine . the line with glue machine can still continue working to get away while put the ring machine and does not working. adjust the speed variably frequently, stock is 480.

liquid filling

the turning tower positioning helps still liquid filling and no missing canister. frequency conversion speed adjustment with 5 r/minute, 40 pcs of 10 positions. four pumps can adjust filling quantity precisely.

liquid sucker

there are two liquid suckers with capacity of 4,000 pieces. the frequency conversion adjustment is available. small space requirement with large capacity.

>paste filling

the turning tower positioning helps still paste filling. the canister moves synchronically with the paste filling nozzle. auto inspection helps no missing canister and auto zinc paste mending. easy operation and observation plus easy treatment and maintenance.
